How our pricing works

We charge a flat $95 diagnostic fee. A licensed technician comes to your home, runs a full system diagnostic, and tells you exactly what's wrong. Before anyone touches a wrench, you get a written flat-rate estimate covering parts and labor. You approve it or you don't — no hourly surprises, no pressure. If the repair doesn't make financial sense, we'll tell you plainly and help you think through replacement instead.

Every repair carries a 90-Day Ironclad Warranty. Same problem inside 90 days, we come back and fix it free.
