The initial service fee is for us to come out and diagnose the issue and if we can fix the issue without using parts we will fix it on the spot with no additional cost. If we are in need of parts for your appliance, there will be an additional fee for parts and labor to install. We do provide a 90-day warranty on both parts and labor! If anything were to happen after we service you, you may contact us and we will come back out with no additional charge to you.
