A. Yes, our technicians always give a call when they are actively en route to your address.

Q. Do you charge by the hour?

A. No, we charge the industry standard prices that have been set in "The Major Appliance Service National Price Guide".

Q. How are appointments set?

A. We love when our customers call to ask questions and set appointments. Appointments can also be requested via online request form as well as our easy to use chatbot.

Q. Are there any appliances you can't or won't fix?

A. At this time we do not work on water heaters or HVAC systems.

Q. Do you offer weekend services?

A. While we continue to grow, weekend services will be provided in the future.

Q. Do you sell parts?

A. Please call with your model number ready and we can find just about any part for you and have it shipped directly to you.

Q. Do you offer warranties?

A. All parts we use are backed with a 90 day warranty. We also warranty our labor for 90 days.

Q. What if you don't have the parts to repair my appliance?

A. Our technicians carry some parts on their vehicle. We ship all other parts directly to you. In the event we cannot get a part for you it is due to it no longer being manufactured.
